Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for or using the evo888 platform. By creating an account or placing any wager you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the evo888 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. evo888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and any balance forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence. evo888 does not warrant that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) evo888 Account. Duplicate accounts constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all duplicate accounts.
2.4 No Proxies or VPNs to Circumvent Restrictions. The use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other anonymising technologies to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions or account restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.1 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number. evo888 will verify the information provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your evo888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify evo888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. evo888 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). evo888 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to submit such documentation as evo888 may reasonably request, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
3.4 Minors Protection. If you are aware that any minor has accessed your Account or the Platform using your credentials, you must notify evo888 immediately. You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to prevent minors from accessing the Platform using your devices or credentials.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. evo888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrency networks. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is RM 20. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. These thresholds may be updated from time to time and the current thresholds as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction shall apply.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method used for a previous deposit to the same Account, unless evo888 approves an alternative method following satisfactory verification. evo888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals of RM 5,000 or above in a single transaction.
4.4 Processing Times. evo888 aims to process withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes of approval for e-wallet withdrawals during operational hours (8AM–2AM MYT). Bank transfer processing times are subject to the receiving institution's clearing schedules. evo888 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. evo888 maintains strict AML compliance obligations. Any funds identified as arising from fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity will be frozen pending investigation. evo888 reserves the right to report such activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder.
5.1 Specific Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by evo888 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be stated in the specific promotional terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the applicable time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
5.3 Abuse Prevention. evo888 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel any associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has exploited promotional terms through coordinated betting, account duplication, or any other form of bonus abuse. Professional gamblers or players identified as using systematic strategies primarily to extract promotional value may be excluded from future promotions at evo888's sole discretion.
5.4 Withdrawal of Offers. evo888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Modifications to ongoing promotions will be communicated to eligible players via the Platform and/or email where practicable.
6.1 Certified RNG. All random number generator (RNG) -based games available on the evo888 Platform use certified RNG engines audited by independent testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate as of the audit date and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rates of each game.
6.2 Live Casino. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in certified studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by observable physical events. evo888 does not influence or alter live game outcomes.
6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, communication failure, or technical error that affects a game outcome, evo888 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. Winnings paid in error due to a technical malfunction shall be recouped by evo888 from the Player's Wallet. If the Wallet balance is insufficient, the outstanding amount becomes a debt owed to evo888.
6.4 Sportsbook Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules published on the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In cases of ambiguity, evo888's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final, subject to any formal dispute process outlined herein.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending wagers, and forfeiture of any balance:
8.1 By evo888. evo888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, AML concerns, or regulatory obligations. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via a suitable payment method following satisfactory identity verification.
8.2 By the Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting evo888 support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned within fourteen (14) days of closure, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to the Platform for responsible gaming purposes may apply for a self-exclusion period of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, twelve (12) months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the selected period. See Section 9 for further details.
9.1 Commitment. evo888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform is intended for recreational use only and is not a suitable source of income.

9.3 Age Restriction. The evo888 Platform is strictly 21+. Any Account holder found to be under 21 years of age will have their account permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
All content on the evo888 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, logos, and game content, is the proprietary property of evo888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of evo888.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, evo888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
11.2 evo888's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude evo888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
evo888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. evo888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the Platform and/or by email to the registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which evo888 is licensed to operate.
14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, you must first contact evo888 support to seek informal resolution. evo888 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) business days.
14.3 evo888's decision on any dispute shall be final unless the Player can demonstrate a clear and material error in the application of evo888's stated rules. Players who remain dissatisfied following evo888's final decision may escalate to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
